We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as a Marketing Field Representative. As a Marketing Field Representative, you will be responsible for walking neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and setting up appointments for inspections. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to overcome objections, and a genuine desire to help people in the community. We are seeking individuals who are team-oriented, eager to learn, and have a hunger for success.

$100.00 Per Day

• Commission‑based job
• Earn $100 when you get 2 service agreements in one week, then an additional $550 when you get the 3rd Service agreement.
• Earn $250 for each service agreement after the 3rd.
• Incentivized bonus on top performance for the month and quarter.
• Opportunity for career growth and development within the company.
• Payment structures available for those who choose to continue in the canvassing role.

• 12 SA's: $500
• 15 SA's: $800
• 18 SA's: $1,300
• 25+ SA's: $2,000

• 35 SA's: $1,000
• 45 SA's: $2,000
• 55 SA's: $3,000
• 65+ SA's: $4,000

Monday - Saturday, alternating Saturdays. 8 hours a day
