Compensation:
Uncapped $120K - $300K+; top reps $500K+ annually.

Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio.

Omari Construction Group is a leader in the construction and restoration industry, specializing in multi‑family residential & mixed‑use developments, luxury custom homes, quality inspections with detailed reports, condo conversions, commercial facility repairs, and insurance restoration projects for residential and commercial clients.

• Learn and use the CRM system for project management and reporting
• Meet with insurance companies for adjustments and negotiations
• Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing to generate new business
• Train and support canvassers in sales techniques
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the restoration process
• Carry out physical tasks such as lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders, and walking on roofs
• Build familiarity with roofing and siding materials and installation techniques
• Create detailed reports, scope of work, and contracts for homeowners
• Upsell warranties and additional services to improve homes
• Follow pricing sheets and guidelines for accurate estimates
• Attend regular in‑house meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a positive, professional, and drama‑free work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders

• 100% commission‑based pay: earn $120K - $300K+; top sales reps make $500K+ annually
• Revenue‑based commission plus bonuses (monthly and quarterly)
• All sales must be sold at the costs provided to our sales reps; additional upgrades can be sold for added income
• Company vehicle provided for business use

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and walking on roofs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Insurance coverage including workers’ comp and general liability
• Own basic equipment (tape measure, chalk, iPad with internet access)
• Preferred: prior door‑to‑door sales or outside sales representative experience
