Job Description
As a Product Solutions Manager, you will use your extensive knowledge of the Company’s mortgage software solutions to sell the company's Loan Origination (LOS) and other related software platforms. The Product Solutions Manager may also engage and work with the product development team and account management teams for demonstrations of the product to Customers and Vendors.
Responsibilities- Preparing and developing technical presentations to demonstrate and explain the Company’s software products or services to customers
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Researching and developing technical presentations to meet each Prospect’s or Customer’s requirements and needs
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to the product marketing team and upper management
- Support sales team in achieving sales goals and quotas
- Training other members of the sales team in the technical aspects of the company's products and services
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Champion a culture of experimentation, iteration, and bold thinking
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage industry, specifically with mortgage technology
- Strong understanding of mortgage workflows, loan origination systems (LOS), and regulatory landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot) and project management platforms
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer success
- Familiarity with mortgage software platforms (Lending Pad LOS or other LOS)
- Strong work ethics, a passion for excellence and a desire to continuously learn
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and a high level of organization to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Passion for improving financial accessibility and borrower experience
- Polite and professional attitude
- Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and team working skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
