Summary
The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. The role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail and fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting operational excellence and brand standards.
Responsibilities- Provide impeccable service and tailor each client experience to exceed expectations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and brand heritage, and consistently work toward sales targets.
- Use clienteling and CRM tools to source new clients, maintain accurate client information, and build lasting relationships.
- Support sales ceremonies, mentor team members, and contribute to the smooth running of the sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising and shop floor maintenance while upholding brand standards.
- At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear.
- Strong communication skills.
