Provides expert beauty and fragrance guidance while creating a welcoming, engaging customer experience. Builds client relationships, drives in-store and online sales, and maintains compelling merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Build and cultivate customer relationships through seamless, engaging service.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using available technology.
- Provide product knowledge, makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and trend advice.
- Participate in merchandising and operational activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience required, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and use computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform occasional reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
