Beauty Counter Manager - Tysons Corner Center

The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for an assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education with counter operations, vendor partnerships, and event execution.

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, and build customer loyalty.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready while collaborating with the team.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and support enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program.

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Motivation to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
