At JMark, protecting sensitive information and ensuring personnel security is critical to mission success. We are seeking Personnel Security Specialists across multiple discipline levels to enforce security protocols, conduct background investigations, adjudicate clearances, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safeguarding mission‑critical operations.

• Implement personnel security protocols to safeguard classified and sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, adjudicative guidelines, and agency security policies.

• Conduct background investigations to assess personnel reliability and trustworthiness.
• Adjudicate security clearances in accordance with federal standards.

• Maintain accurate security clearance records and documentation.
• Prepare reports and certify compliance with applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to address security risks, incidents, and violations.
• Recommend and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
• 0–15+ years of experience in personnel security, background investigations, or clearance adjudication (multi‑discipline levels available).
• Knowledge of federal personnel security regulations, adjudicative guidelines, and clearance processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD security operations.
• Security certifications such as ISP, SFPC, or other DSS/CDSE credentials.
