That’s why our team is looking to add a Principal Coordinator, Security Ops Specialist.
* Communicate effectively, especially during incident response; keep stakeholders updated
* Place importance on our partners’ experience when making decisions; provide necessary support
* Show flexibility in handling various security events or emergency situations
* Manage time efficiently
* Be able to write effective security reports
* Have a penchant for investigation and the ability to think critically
* Ask clarifying questions when uncertain
* Embrace constructive feedback and opportunities for development
* Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements
* Be a consistent team player
* At least 2 years of experience in one or more of these fields:
Law enforcement, Military, Corporate Security, Business Continuity, Risk, Emergency Management or Customer Service
* At least 1 year of experience with security operations
* At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
* Bachelor's degree or military experience
* 3+ years of experience in the security field
* 1+ years of experience with emergency communication operations
* 1+ years of experience with situational awareness tools for example NC4 and VCC
* 1+ years of SOC experience
* 1+ years of experience with MAStermind, Lenel, Verint or Genetec video systems, or the D3 report-writing platform
