Responsibilities:

• Tackle intricate mechanical and electrical challenges in chiller and boiler systems.
• Accurately estimate resources needed for large-scale projects.
• Interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Collaborate effectively with various trades and contractors.
• Guide and support junior technicians with your wealth of experience.
• Uphold compliance and maintain systems efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in commercial HVAC and mechanical experience.
• EPA Certification is a must.
• A spotless driving record.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and multi-housing systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills for HVAC systems.
