HVAC Mechanic – Full Time

Shift9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon‑Fri)
Position SummaryVinson Hall (VH), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community, is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to ensure efficient operation of HVAC and environmental control systems, maintaining comfort and safety for residents and staff.
Qualifications- Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience (residential or commercial).
- Valid heating and/or air conditioning license as required by the state.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality service, compliant with industry standards.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for safe, efficient operation.
- Perform regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Monitor and adjust environmental controls for optimal comfort and compliance.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and respond promptly to urgent HVAC needs.
