Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable serverless applications using AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, Dynamo
  
  DB, and AWS Batch.
• Implement automation solutions for Google Workspace to improve user and administrator productivity.
• Develop and enhance backend APIs and microservices in Python ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and continuously enhance system monitoring and observability.
• Apply software engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and documentation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend software engineering.
• Experience building cloud-native applications using AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, Dynamo
  
  DB, Batch).
• Understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven workflows, and API development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Dev Ops practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git, code reviews).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace APIs and automation frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise-level collaboration technologies and identity/access management.
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and deployment automation tools.
