Job Description Your Impact
  • As a Full-stack specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and shaping the technical direction of the team.
  • Building upon your deep expertise in software development, you will lead a cross-functional delivery team, architect solutions, and driving the development of robust software across the entire technology stack.
  • You will mentor and coach team members, ensure best practices are followed, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
  • Your responsibilities will include overseeing design, development, deployment, Dev Ops, and quality assurance, as well as making strategic technical decisions to solve complex software challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience developing front-end and orchestration layers using technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with front‑end UI development frameworks, with a strong preference for Angular.
  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing unit, integration, and functional automation tests.
  • 5+ years of experience in database technologies, including Mongo

    DB, SQL Server, Postgres, and related platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of information and application security (LDAP, certificates, public key encryption, SSH, access credentials, etc.).
  • Experience in providing production support and leading incident resolution efforts, collaborating with both business and technical teams.
  • Expertise in build automation, CI/CD pipeline integration tools (Jenkins, Atlassian Suite, Git, Artifactory).
  • Strong experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (EKS, Docker, Open Shift).
  • Proven track record working in Agile environments; experience with modern delivery methodologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure code quality, challenge ideas constructively, and drive efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Set technical direction, define architecture, and make strategic decisions to ensure project success.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, Dev Ops, and quality assurance.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Champion the use of new technologies and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.
