Job Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and enhance frontend UI components using Java and Vue.js (Micro Frontends).
- Build and maintain guided, intelligent workflows that prompt agents with the right questions and screens.
- Support and enhance a rules-driven UI system that determines agent workflows and decision paths.
- Develop and integrate backend services using AWS Lambda (Python) to support UI functionality.
- Work closely with team leads who define workflow decisions and development priorities.
- Troubleshoot application, AWS, and environment-related issues as needed (light Dev Ops exposure).
- Support the agent UI platform used to handle fraudulent credit card transactions
.
Skills & Experience:
- Java development experience (3–5 years preferred).
- Vue.js experience strongly preferred (Micro Frontend experience is a plus).
- Experience with AWS services, especially:
- AWS Lambda
- ECS / Fargate
- Mid-Senior level
- Contract
- IT Services and IT Consulting
