Remote | $20/hr | 30-Day Contract (Potential to Extend)
We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support a high-volume Benefits Open Enrollment project.
REQUIRED- Recent HR experience is REQUIRED.
- Candidates without HR experience will not be considered.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of employee inquiries by phone and email.
- Answer employee questions related to benefits and open enrollment.
- Assist with enrollment issues and provide accurate information.
- Deliver professional customer support while maintaining confidentiality.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
Immediate interviews available. This is a 30-day contract assignment with the potential for extension.
