Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven clinical experience in women's health, prenatal, and childbirth care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team
• Strong problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in rural or underserved communities
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience with telemedicine consultations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years clinical practice in OB-GYN preferred
• Prior experience in a community-based or hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start by January 21, 2026
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses as applicable
