Performance matters – you are expected to dial up to 30–40–100 calls a day and visit 10–25–50 open houses or broker meetings on weekends.

• Source your own leads and close loans 7 days a week, nights, and weekends.
• Use the phone after 5 pm to talk to prospects and finish deals.
• Self‑manage time and perform “whatever it takes” to hit targets.
