Responsibilities
  • Prepare precise mitigation & repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.
  • Communicate professionally with policyholders, and carriers throughout the claims process.
  • Ensure all claims are handled efficiently and submitted within deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough on-site inspections for residential and commercial property damage caused by wind, water, fire, and other covered losses.
  • Provide detailed documentation, including clear photos and well-written reports.
  • Work well with other teammates.
