Our client is seeking a driven and adaptable Project Manager to join their transformation team and help bring a major site expansion and automation initiative to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, collaborates well with contractors and internal teams, and is eager to grow with a company investing heavily in its future. The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the construction and commissioning of a new automated warehouse facility, coordinating between contractors, city officials, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

• Lead and manage capital projects related to new facility construction, infrastructure, and equipment installation.
• Collaborate with general contractors, vendors, and city representatives to ensure permitting, scheduling, and project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Drive accountability across teams by tracking deliverables, identifying potential risks, and proactively resolving issues.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines, resources, and project goals.
• Support commissioning and operational readiness of automated systems and production equipment.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide consistent updates to leadership on progress, changes, and dependencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects within manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings.
• Demonstrated success in delivering capital or infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with contractors, permitting authorities, and cross-functional project teams.
• Passionate, hands‑on problem solver who takes ownership and enjoys seeing projects through from planning to completion.
• Familiarity with new construction or automation projects preferred but not required.
