- Cincinnati East is seeking an HTST & Evaporator/Dryer Operator to join our dairy production team. You will operate milk pasteurization (HTST), evaporator, and dryer equipment while ensuring quality specifications and sanitation standards.
Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings/nights. You should be comfortable with lifting up to 50–80 lbs and able to obtain the HTST operator permit.
