We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner who is:

• Compassionate, joyful, and caring
• An excellent communicator who thrives in a team setting
• Confident in clinical decision-making and patient education
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems (we use Athena
  )

• Split between McMinnville School-Based Health Center and our Main Sunrise Clinic
• At least one shift/week includes working until 7pm
• Some in-person availability required, though flexibility is built-in

• Full-time or part-time
• Flexible hours based on your availability and clinic needs
• We’ll collaborate with you to create a schedule that fits your personal and professional goals

• Licensed and nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Strong clinical and analytical skills in family practice
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort with EMR systems (Athena)
• All applicants will undergo thorough background (criminal background, malpractice/National Databank) and reference evaluation prior to consideration for the position

• 2+ years of experience as a primary care FNP
• Spanish fluency (not required, but a plus)
