Wage Scale: $39 – $44
Shift Differential: Evening & NOC $2.00

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions.
• Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state; must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
