Job Duties for Manufacturing Quality Auditor:

Verify products are manufactured correctly and meet quantity, dimensional, visual, labeling, packaging, and material requirements

Complete first-part approvals for all startup jobs according to standard procedures

Inspect last-tagged parts delivered to final audit and verify incoming product compliance

Audit manufacturing cells to ensure operators follow work instructions and quality standards

Communicate needed corrections to machine operators and notify the Shift Supervisor of actions taken

Report quality issues or discrepancies immediately to the Shift Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Quality Supervisor as needed

Create non-conformance reports for defective or mislabeled products, apply hold tags, and coordinate movement to the Quality Hold area Maintain a clean, organized work area with clear aisles and properly stored materials and supplies

Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor Follow all policies and safety procedures in place

Completes any other related tasks as needed

Requirements and Desired Skills for Manufacturing Quality Auditor:

High school diploma or GED required; associates degree is preferred

General computer skills with focused experience using MS Office Suite and File Maker.

Able to lift 25 lbs, stand 8-10 hours, and perform repetitive hand tasks

Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
