Step into the Dynamic Role of Security Account Manager at Garda World! You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional performance on-site for one of our key accounts. Handle client issues, communicate with key contacts, build strong relationships, update business databases, review compliance, manage billing, analyze data, prepare reports, guide customers through projects, and deliver detailed presentations.

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local Garda World Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in security operations with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.
• Able to provide own weapon for duty.

• Excellent relationship building, communication, and attention to detail.
• Professional, self‑driven, skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
