The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a superior shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle is required, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed within the district.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Occasionally lift overhead and frequently stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training.
• Lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds and operate various equipment.
• Stand, walk, reach overhead, and move throughout the store during shifts.
