• Support Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values through words and actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information.
• Ensure punctuality and dependability.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and donors, directing complaints to management.
• Follow training, e‑learning, and work instructions.
• Transition product to the retail sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety/security practices.
• Maintain clean, organized production area and sales floor.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and trailers.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers.
• Participate in cross‑training in all work areas.
• Attend all training and meetings as required.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
