• Ability to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Desire to work daily to ensure our customers have healthy home environments
• Ability to educate customers to make informed decisions

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for residential customers
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain work and help them understand options
• Document all work and organize equipment for each scheduled job

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, chiller, pumps, drives, and related systems
• Independent, timely worker who aims to complete jobs correctly the first time
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and understand company pricing and invoicing
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and office staff
• Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and safety equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers about work and decisions
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation
