Job Description

The primary function of this position is to support record retention and archival activities at the site. This role will have primary responsibility for ensuring GXP documents are inventoried, archived, and retained per the applicable record retention requirements.
In This Role, You Will- Ensure GXP documents are retained per global record retention requirements.
- Manage site interface with the global Central Index of Company Records system to ensure all GXP records are appropriately inventoried.
- Ensure appropriate access to records, perform routine legibility checks as per procedure, and maintain records on site according to regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary interface with external archive service provider, ensuring site records are archived, stored, and maintained according to regulatory and global standards.
- Determine when records are available for destruction and ensure appropriate records are maintained for destruction processes.

Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Self-directed and able to make risk‑based decisions.
- Expertise with word‑processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to interface with multiple levels of people in the organization, including plant personnel and external vendors.
Job duties involve occasional lifting (less than 35 lbs.), reaching, and sitting while working at a computer terminal.

Salary & BenefitsThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $58 500,00 to $97 500,00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7,5% of the base salary.
