Milacron – Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (McPherson, Kansas)

Milacron is looking for a bilingual customer service specialist to join our team in McPherson, Kansas.

• Answer phone and email requests, work with customers to verify all needed information to prepare correct parts quotes and orders.
• Locate parts in our systems and provide ship dates.
• Process orders and follow up with customers on the status and ship dates.
• Provide customers with accurate, actionable information either via telephone or email.
• Communicate with our internal Product & Solution Support teams as well as Inside Sales to determine customer needs and elevate issues when they arise.
• Tailor sales approaches to customers using business analytics including customer purchase patterns, machine ownership, and key customer business needs.
• Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
• Capture customer information, including addresses, phone numbers, contact name, equipment serial numbers for future follow-up.
• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Technical Support and all Aftermarket teams to assure the best customer service experience.
• Ability to work within Excel, Outlook and other internal systems to complete tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and applicable experience required.
• Must be able to read/write English and Spanish.
• 10%‑20% travel.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
