Maintenance Manager

Femco’s Maintenance Manager oversees all aspects of a company's facilities and equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and safety while managing budgets and resources. They are responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Planning and Strategy:
  • Developing maintenance strategies:
    Creating comprehensive plans for preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
  • Budgeting and forecasting:
    Managing the maintenance budget, forecasting costs, and controlling spending to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Capital planning:
    Proposing and justifying capital expenditure for major equipment purchases or upgrades.
  • Workload management:
    Prioritizing and assigning maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and optimal resource utilization.
• Supervision and Management:
