The base hourly rate for this position is $33.97. The starting rate is $33.97, with several increases within the first 180 days, making $35.26 at 180 days with satisfactory performance.
What We Offer- Shift: Monday – Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM with adjustments as work requires.

- Support and promote safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Work in a professional manner with all employees.
- Plan and lay out work assignments to accomplish them with maximum efficiency.
- Prepare, read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and sketches, making all measurements and calculations necessary to complete job tasks.
- Perform all types of available maintenance and repair work that is essential to efficient operation of the plant.
- Make welds, brazes, cuts, solders, and silver-solders of all grades and types of metal from difficult positions and hard-to-reach locations in an efficient manner.
- Fill out work orders, requisitions, inspection reports, time distribution material usage, and perform other clerical duties necessary to maintain proper records relative to the work performed.
- Assist with inspections on machinery and equipment while in operation, diagnosing faulty operation.
- Periodically inspect and make necessary adjustments or repairs to plant fire protection system, including alarms and auxiliary devices.
- Use hand and power tools of all kinds, as well as a variety of measuring and testing instruments.
- Adhere to all NFPA 70E requirements including CPR certification (specific only to Electricians).
- Industrial electrician experience (preferred).
- Electrical degree or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge in PLC and drive configuration.
- Knowledge of Ethernet networking.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and non‑verbally with a variety of individuals.
