Mission Health:
McPherson Health and Rehab provides a base pay range of $30.00/hr to $34.00/hr, based on skills and experience. The full-time LPN position involves 12-hour shifts and is located in McPherson, KS. You will provide total care for residents, administer medications, monitor for side effects, oversee nursing assistant staff, complete documentation, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.

• Monitor residents’ condition and needs
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow narcotic policies and procedures, monitoring for side effects
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed
• Complete documentation and handle admissions/discharges
• Report bruises, skin tears, or neglect when encountered
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility policies
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Preferred but not required experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing
