Provides the highest attainable quality of emotional, social, and spiritual needs are assessed and met during any stage of illness. The RN functions under the supervision of the Nursing Director or provider and participates in the multi-disciplinary process of providing care and treatment to patients and providers clinical support and technical assistance to the professional medical and other staff.

- Knowledgeable of the scope of practice for all nursing disciplines as described by the Nursing Practice Act.
- Effectively organize and prioritize work to assist with efficient patient flow in the clinic.
- Understand appropriate nurse‑to‑provider ratios, skill levels, and cost‑effectiveness strategies.
- Assist with routine clinic tasks and maintain emergency supplies, medications, immunizations, forms, etc.
- Assist in the orientation and education of new nursing employees.
- Use performance‑improvement processes to identify center needs related to patient care and customer service.
- Maintain flexibility in work roles and schedules to meet changing needs of the center.
- Stay aware of new policies, meeting minutes, procedures, memos, and protocols.
- Use slow time constructively.
- Maintain confidentiality of patients and staff.
- Follow all infection‑control guidelines and OSHA standards.
- Assist triage patients on‑site and via telephone.
- Document all provider orders, nursing actions, and interventions on patient records consistent with organizational policies.
- Provide skilled nursing care and accurately administer medications, IV fluids, and immunizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSN)
- BLS verification within 6 months of hiring
- 1‑2 years clinic experience preferred
