Locke Supply Company of McPherson, KS seeks an outgoing and energetic Branch Associate to provide excellent customer service at our branch locations, offer advice and recommendations based on customers' needs, and deliver products from our branches to the customer. Branch Associates earn a wage based on experience with monthly and yearly bonus opportunities. We also offer health, dental, vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan for our full‑time employees.

Locke Supply Co. is a growing, employee‑owned distributor for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC parts and equipment based in Oklahoma City. The company has over 190 store locations in a 6‑state area and a 100‑acre distribution center.

You’ll learn and develop hands‑on training and skills in multiple trades. Customers find you knowledgeable, friendly, and professional as you offer product recommendations and find cost‑effective solutions for their needs. You take pride in keeping the retail store clean and organized and are meticulous about tracking inventory. In addition to filling orders and ensuring stock is ready for reorders, you assist with shipping and receiving and prepare and oversee jobs for the next day.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to pass a pre‑employment physical examination
• Willingness to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug test
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

This is a full‑time position. Hours of operation are Monday–Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am–12:00 pm. Saturday schedules can be adjusted to the branch manager’s discretion.
