Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction blueprints efficiently

• Measure and prepare materials for form construction

• Assemble and secure forms using appropriate methods

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in construction as a form worker

• Strong skills in blueprint interpretation

• Knowledgeable in using hand and power tools

• Reliable teamwork and communication skills
