Temporary Educational Assistant at Jubilee School

Exciting opportunity at Jubilee Elementary School in Meadow Lake, SK, for two temporary Educational Assistants. These positions are vital for supporting our students from now until June 28, 2027.

Ideal candidates will have a Grade 12 diploma along with post-secondary training in Early Childhood Development or similar fields. Responsibilities will include working closely with teachers and students to cultivate a positive learning atmosphere within guidelines set by the local CUPE agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to provide educational support

• Engage students in classroom activities and discussions

• Assist with classroom setup and resource management

• Promote a supportive and inclusive atmosphere

• Monitor student behavior to maintain a conducive learning environment

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma from a recognized institution

• One-year relevant post-secondary program preferred

• Strong communication and personal skills

• Ability to connect with and support children

• Necessary Criminal Record Check prior to employment
