Join Tolko's inventory team as a Purchaser in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan and play a key role in optimizing supply chain management. Your purchasing expertise will ensure materials are available and cost-effective.

This position seeks a driven Purchaser with 3-5+ years of inventory management experience. You will collaborate with maintenance and operational teams, utilizing your strong negotiation skills and organizational abilities. Familiarity with manufacturing operations and certification for dangerous materials is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory and non-inventory buying activities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and reporting

• Work within budgets and meet procurement deadlines

• Negotiate fair pricing with suppliers and contractors

• Oversee 100% cycle counting for inventory management

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing

• CPIM, Supply Chain Procurement, or Warehouse Certificate

• Strong negotiating and accounting skills

• Experience operating a forklift, or willingness to learn

• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
