In this role with the Meadow Lake Housing Authority, you will ensure housing units remain rent ready through effective maintenance and minor repairs. Your efforts will support routine upkeep, manage janitorial functions, and participate in grounds maintenance. This is an ideal opportunity for those with a solid maintenance background.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance tasks to prepare units for tenants
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist with janitorial responsibilities and garbage removal
• Engage in groundskeeping activities including snow removal
• Foster positive relationships with staff and tenants
Requirements:
• Knowledge in basic trades like plumbing and painting
• Experience in maintenance and custodial work
• Grade 12 education and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Willingness to respond to on-call emergencies
