Position: Full-Time Social Worker
Join the Kids First program as a Full-Time Social Worker in Meadow Lake, providing essential support to families facing mental health challenges. This role involves assessment, case management, and counseling.

The Social Worker BSW is a key member of the Kids First interdisciplinary team, responsible for assessment, treatment, and referral for clients with mental health and addictions issues. The position requires flexibility and the ability to provide services in various settings. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide treatment for individuals and families

• Manage cases effectively within the Kids First program

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary staff team

• Offer counseling services in a variety of settings

• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Bachelor of Psychology

• Registered/eligible with SASW

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Experience in conflict resolution and critical thinking

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
