Local Team Collaboration:

• Lead our team of 7 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners with the support of a clinical performance nurse and practice coordinator at Meadville Medical Center.
• Meadville Medical Center is a 235-bed community hospital.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Medicine/Pediatrics, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current or recent Hospitalist leadership experience
• Exhibit exemplary communication skills
• Pennsylvania State Medical License or the ability to apply for one
• Authorized to work in the United States

Scheduling:

• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 7 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners
• Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care, including pediatric inpatients
• Collaborate with hospital administration on key initiatives and goals in patient care
• Lead and collaborate with Sound leadership
• Involvement with the Meadville Medical Center Family Medicine residency program
