Position Overview
The Duke Department of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences invites applications for a board certified/board eligible Community Otolaryngologist. This position would enjoy both the autonomy and independence of a community practice while remaining part of the team at a top university health system. This role includes all the benefits and support of a world‑class academic environment including opportunities for teaching, research, and access to a comprehensive network of otolaryngology subspecialists and multi‑disciplinary programs.
LocationWhile a member of the Clinical Faculty at Duke, the selected candidate will be based at Duke Health Mebane with the opportunity to establish a new practice location. Duke Health Mebane is home to primary care and several specialty care clinics with plans for further expansion including an ambulatory surgery center. This is a unique opportunity to help build and grow a new practice location for the Department, develop one’s own unique practice, and collaborate with both primary care and specialty providers in extending Duke’s highest level of patient care to a wonderful neighboring community.

Eligible candidates must hold an MD degree and be board‑certified or board‑eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery.
