Systems Engineer
In this role, you will manage a team of designers/engineers to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective, and timely engineering solutions to customers. You will formulate plans, allocate resources, and drive continual improvements in processes and procedures to strengthen our engineering and design capability.
Responsibilities- Provide direction to the engineering team with a focus on functional safety, cybersecurity, on‑time delivery, quality, and margin improvement.
- Ensure the projects/operations value chain portfolio follows sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures and that the projects are closed as per the contract specifications.
- Initiate, coordinate, drive, and oversee continual improvement of processes and procedures to strengthen engineering/design capability and efficiency, utilize agile methodologies to reduce engineering lead time, and enhance functional safety and cybersecurity.
- Drive team performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time and as per the set contract specifications and safety, cyber security, and quality requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience supervising engineering teams in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in engineering tools and project management practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Advanced degree in Engineering or Management.
- Proven track record in hiring, onboarding, and conducting performance reviews.
- Familiarity with tools‑based improvement methodologies and field service coordination.
