• Formulate competitive bids, estimates, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins.
• Create well‑documented tenders in a timely manner with the appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
• Manage the preparation of technical, financial, and project‑management aspects of bid, estimate, and quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions.
• Ensure that inputs for editing activities related to bid, estimate, and quotation preparation are provided timely and in accordance with established quality procedures.
• Maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility.
• Collect and collate information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Marketing, or Sales preferred but not required; significant relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals, field application, or engineering (preferably with switchgears, electrification, power generation, or similar products).
• Previous experience working with proposal teams serving different markets/countries.
• Highly adept in product configurators and Salesforce.
• Strong outside‑the‑box thinking, problem‑solving focus, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable communicating in English;
  Spanish is a plus.
• Current work authorization that permits employment in the United States.

Salary range: $79,800 to $127,680 annually depending on qualifications and experience.
