• Lead technical support for core processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive internal audits and KPI improvements through action planning and reporting.
• Support the Technology & Manufacturing Development Manager in updating standards and developing local skills.
• Attend regional and global meetings to align with international best practices.
• Design and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment.
• Conduct engineering inspections and feasibility testing.
• Deliver training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage small to medium‑scale projects and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong skills in data analysis, process design, and engineering implementation.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance.
• Knowledge of HSE policies and a commitment to safety and compliance.

The role requires over 50% presence on the floor. The work environment promotes strong collaboration across teams and values principled leadership and ingenuity in decision‑making.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mebane, NC.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mebane, NC.
