Our team delivers large-scale automation solutions that enhance efficiency within distribution centers by integrating advanced technology into active operations. We operate at the intersection of engineering, operations, and execution, managing the installation and integration of complex automated systems while addressing real-world constraints. Collaboration across multiple stakeholders ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with high quality. Our efforts directly influence product movement through fast-paced supply chains, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence through data analysis, automation, and project management.

What you'll do:

• Ownsiteimplementationandlaunch:Leadon-siteengineeringexecutionforautomatedwarehousedeliveryandoperationalreadiness.
• Manage scope,schedule,budget,and quality:Track milestones,risks,andexecutionstandards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams:Partner with Operations,construction,Global Tech,vendors,contractors,andstakeholderstoresolveissues.
• Interprettechnicaldocumentation:Review drawings,layouts,specifications,andengineeringdocuments.
• Supportautomationsystems:Buildexpertiseinautomation,warehouse,andbuildingsystems.
• Driveexecutionexcellence:Identify risks,solve problems,maintain accountability,andensurequality.
• Communicate effectively:Provideupdatesandmaintainalignmentthroughoutimplementationandlaunch.

What you'll bring:

• Experienceinengineering,technicalprojectmanagement,automation,industrial,operations,orrelatedenvironments.
