Kidde Global Solutions (KGS), a portfolio company of Lone Star Funds, is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee global operations finance across our near‑shore and off‑shore manufacturing network. This role provides strategic financial leadership, drives operational performance, and directly manages plant finance teams supporting our global Consumer Products business.

• Lead financial oversight for all near‑shore and off‑shore manufacturing sites, driving alignment with corporate objectives.
• Manage and develop plant finance leaders and teams; ensure consistent financial governance and standardized processes.
• Own operational forecasting, annual operating plans, and variance analysis for global manufacturing operations.
• Provide financial insights on production economics, cost drivers, capital investments, and network optimization.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement on productivity initiatives, sourcing decisions, and new product introductions.
• Partner with controllership to support cost accounting, standard costing, inventory controls, and working capital performance.
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting, operational KPIs, and executive‑level financial summaries.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis work to evaluate strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field
• Direct leadership experience managing plant finance teams in near‑shore and/or off‑shore environments
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing financial processes
• Proven business partnering experience with operations and cross‑functional leaders
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities
• Experience in a private equity‑backed company and consumer packaged goods
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or similar credential
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement environments

Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance.
