Alamance Ear Nose & Throat Llp

Alamance Ear, Nose, & Throat, a multi-location independent specialty practice in Burlington and Mebane, is seeking a motivated medical assistant to join the clinical support team.

• Bilingual:
  Fluent in English and Spanish
• Pre-screen patients via telephone and enter information in electronic health record.
• Rooming patients and collecting information and entering it into EHR.
• Taking and recording vitals.
• Administer shots and medications under the direction of a provider.
• Obtain vitals and work with patients so they are ready for their provider visit.
• Provide assistance to providers with exams and procedures.
• Clean and sterilize instruments.
• Clean, prepare, stock and maintain exam rooms.
• Ordering tests, labs, etc.
• Cover triage and clinical line calls.
• Other clinical duties as needed and assigned.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, as we work together to ensure everything gets done.

• Working from either our Burlington or Mebane office.
• Must be available to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

• Medical office experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using an Electronic Medical Record system preferred.
