Summary

The SAP Specialist - Quality Management is responsible for evaluating, conceptualizing, and implementing new requirements from the business division. They provide support and further development of SAP‑QM module and integrative adjacent areas (MM, SD, CS, etc.).

Qualification Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, or business administration with a focus on manufacturing or logistics or warehousing, or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA is strongly preferred
• Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar position

Knowledge,

Skills And Abilities

• Hands‑on experience with SAP QM customization and implementation.
• Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant, Key User, or Expert, in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong process knowledge in quality management or service.
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Essential Functions

• Analyze, design, and implement new SAP QM solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and enhance the SAP QM module and its integration with adjacent systems.
• Provide expert support to users, resolving issues and addressing evolving needs.
• Lead and contribute to (sub-)projects, including planning, execution, testing, and go‑live.
• Train end‑users and stakeholders on SAP QM processes and tools.
• Continuously analyze and optimize quality management processes.
• Support application lifecycle, including problem management and process improvements.
• Contribute to the development of global SAP QM standards for upcoming rollouts.

Work Environment: Manufacturing/warehouse environment
