Technical Business Analyst

Pay: $65-$70 Hourly W2 Only

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Product Configuration Tools) for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description: $65-$70 Hourly W2 Only

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of product configuration tools. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that tools deliver accurate, efficient, and user-friendly configurations aligned with product requirements.
• Requirements Documentation: Assist in capturing and documenting functional requirements and specifications for product configuration tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and Product Management teams to align tool functionality with product strategies and technical feasibility.
• Product Rule Development: Define and implement product rules to ensure valid and compliant product configurations.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and quality of configuration tools.
• User Training & Support: Provide training sessions, user guides, and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the tools.

Required:

• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with configuration management tools or CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Contractor might be asked to come in occasionally to attend a meeting depending on their location. (This might happen once or twice a month)
• Bachelor s degree and 5 years of experience.
