As a Community Manager with Bell, you will lead all community operations to ensure quality services and a high degree of customer satisfaction. You will motivate staff, manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance. Your leadership will directly impact resident experience and associate engagement.

- Ensure team meets BAL strategic drivers
- Train staff members on proper leasing techniques and resident service
- Maximize property performance, walking the grounds and inspecting apartments
- Conduct tours of amenities and model units
- Perform regular performance appraisals and address employee and associate concerns
- Maintain accurate associate files and a high level of associate satisfaction
- Hold weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff
- Develop and administer community budget, and evaluate unit prices in accordance with market and budget goals
- Lead marketing plan development and conduct monthly reviews
- Obtain bids for contract services and oversee routine capital projects with Construction Services
- Manage 35% of leasing activities
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or relevant experience
- Successful supervisory experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferred
- Ability to build, lead, and serve on teams
- Strong marketing and communication skills
- Advanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze financial reports
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Superior interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar systems preferred
- Demonstration of Bell Core Values
- Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment and hazardous materials
- Comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
