Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm, Occasional Overtime Fridays 7am - 12noon (Breaks (2) – 15 mins, Lunch (1) – 30 mins)

• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
• Has basic training in an operational process area.
• Works within clearly defined SOPs and adheres to quality guidelines.
• Works with a high degree of supervision and has minimal discretion.

• Performs basic operational tasks with a high degree of supervision.
• Responsibilities include packaging kits, cleaning functions, conducting simple in-process quality checks, and completing routine paperwork.
• Handles some basic machine operations, such as pulling raw materials, feeding materials into production lines, and clearing some common machine faults.
• Limited involvement in set-up, start-up, shut-down, and adjustments of machines.
• Provides minimal input on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with supervision.
• Adheres to housekeeping and safety policies.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.

• Basic teamwork and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform semi-routine assignments with supervision.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, following diagrams, and performing basic arithmetic.
